Travel:
Renters are NOT ALLOWED to take the rental car outside Malaysia e.g Thailand, Singapore, etc or locations prohibited by and without the consent of the company.

Care and Custody of Rental Vehicle:
The renter shall only drive the rental car while qualified to do so or by the person who have been authorized in the contract. Renters are not allowed to let any third parties to use the rental car for any purposes without the company’s authorization.

Renter’s Driving Speed Limit:

Deposit amount varies depending on car model and rental duration. Payment info is sent via Whatsapp once a reservation is confirmed.
Extending Rental Policy:
Renters are required to inform the company one day in advance and all payment due shall be made before the commencement of the extended period.

- Refundable after 7 Days from return date via bank transfer.
- RM10.00 transaction fee imposed for international refunds via online banking.
This applies to all types of vehicle and to make sure that there are no summons issued to the car during the entire rental period)
Please do not drive with high speed on a rental vehicle as it will damage the internal component, wear and tear of the vehicle. Renter must always obey the driving speed limit law implemented by the Malaysian Road and Transport Ministry.
(1) If a renter is detected speeding (above 110km) with the rental car, we are entitled to forfeit the full deposit amount if necessary to the company and may request the renter to pay additional security deposit fee in cash or bank transfer upon returning the car rental.
Accidents & Repairs:
Whether it is self or third party negligence. The renter is obliged to make a police report together with all parties involved immediately after the accident. It is important that they secure the names, identification card photo, phone number , registration number etc of all parties and vehicles involved in the accident.

The renter is RESPONSIBLE for all costs of repair from any collision or damage done to the vehicle stated in the contract.

Car Rental Insurance
Vehicle Accident Insurance Coverage
- All vehicles under the company are 100% fully insured with proper insured and road valid documentation.
Vehicle accident insurance coverage is only available and claimable for damages that exceeds the renter’s excess amount
(1) Renter’s Non-
We are entitled to charge from the renter not more than the amount stated below regardless whether the renter is at fault or not:
Excess Amount:
- Economy : RM2,000.00
- Premium : RM5,000.00
- Luxury : RM10,000.00
and renter is obliged to pay the full excess amount immediately, but not the full accident repair cost.
What if the repair cost is lower than the renter’s excess amount?
