Hello all, This is is going to be a nice detailed review, but very honest. Ordered a car with this company for four weeks to travel around Malaysia family at four small budget car, nothing special. Our, Rented car, was spotlessly, clean inside and out. We had to extend our rented car for an extra three weeks. I told the guy one week before that we needed to change the final days and pick up point in KL. The rental guy said that we had to change our rented car for another client, so we had a meet up point in Ipoh to do the change over and he delivered a sports car, wow I thought have you seen my Parisian wife drive? The guy said no problem, I trust you, James, brave man! Anyway, cut a long story short, all went perfect no issues. Regarding the security deposit, he refunded when we was back in France, four weeks after like you said, Really honest guy, nice pleasant, I would more than recommend working with this company again to rent cars or sports cars. Excellent 5* service. Very friendly and professional service. Car was delivered to the location on times and picked up as agreed. Smooth transaction and deposit returned without any hassle. Will definitely use this company again when we visit Malaysia again. Terima Kasih .

Booked car and they can only offer a car later than time I requested. Had to reschedule all my appointments to accommodate them only to be told at the last minute that they are unable to deliver on time. I think they should understand the importance of keeping promises and not to belittle paying customers schedules. I for one will not be using them again. Poor service and broken promises.

Very bad service, A 6 year old car was delivered, at that time of delivery raised the price by RM 40 per day, that too extremely dirty from inside The passenger window was so bad due to the glass tinitng used, Full of cockroaches and they upon complaining they kept on promising for a replacement and never provided one and charged me the entire amount too Very disappointing
